Volunteer for ATLanta Documentary Film Festival

Volunteer for ATL DOC – Atlanta Documentary Film Festival held March 19 - 22, 2026

We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who love film and want to be part of one of the Southeast’s most respected documentary festivals. Volunteers help with screenings, filmmaker check-ins, and event coordination, and play a big part in creating a welcoming, memorable experience for filmmakers and audiences.

It’s a great way to meet creative people, learn how a film festival works, and see incredible documentaries from around the world.

Volunteers needed for 2026 Atlanta Documentary Film Festival

Volunteer with ATL DOC

Be part of the team that brings Atlanta’s documentary film community together. ATL DOC depends on passionate volunteers who love film, stories, and connecting with people. Whether you’re helping with screenings, filmmaker check-ins, or event logistics, you’ll play an important role in creating a great festival experience.

Volunteers get free access to films during their shifts, opportunities to meet filmmakers, and behind-the-scenes insight into how a film festival runs. If you help out for five hours or more, we'll even feed you.

If you’re reliable, friendly, and love documentaries, we’d love to have you on the team.

Sign up today and help make the 21st Annual ATL DOC unforgettable.
