TSHEGL

Director Philipp Silbernagl - Italy - 11 min.

Set in South Tyrol, the film follows a young farmer as he navigates daily work, tradition, and modern life. Through his perspective, the film challenges stereotypes and shows how progress and tradition can exist side by side in a life shaped by hard work and intention.

NIO KO BOKK

Director David Clancy - France - 10 min.

“NIO KO BOKK” follows Pape and Seydi, two young men who find purpose and community in the ocean, choosing a different path than the perilous journeys many peers take in search of opportunity abroad. Through their story, the film explores how belonging at home can be as powerful as the promise of elsewhere."

Dick's-A-Thon

Director Dylan Young - USA - 18 min.

26 Miles, 5 Meals, 1 Wild Tradition. Learn about Seattle's wackiest marathon to honor a friend, and give back to the outdoors.

The Wheelchair Mafia

Director Cade Martin - USA - 2 min

In Chonburi, Thailand, a group of rescue dogs with wheelchairs race down quiet roads with joy and freedom. Known as the Wheelchair Mafia, they are cared for by a small foundation that gives disabled dogs a second chance to run. What began as a filming trip became a family experience, capturing movement, resilience, and hope without limits.

Second Chance

Director Ryan Edens - USA - 6 min.

Second Chance is a short documentary that follows a woman who, after surviving a life-altering car accident, finds renewed purpose in creating a sanctuary for elderly and special-needs pigs. As she devotes herself to caring for animals others have forgotten, the film reveals the emotional and financial challenges of sustaining the rescue. Balancing limited resources, physical limitations, and an unwavering commitment to her animals, Second Chance explores resilience, sacrifice, and how healing can emerge through giving compassion to those most in need.

Call of the Crow

Director Sarah King - USA - 13 min.

Catherine is a wildlife rehabilitator in Virginia who rescues a young, injured crow named Apollo. As Apollo grows older, he becomes a cherished bird education ambassador for Catherine’s rehabilitation facility and the local community. When it is discovered that Apollo can speak human words, Catherine faces a challenging decision: should she rehome him so he can reach his full potential, or will their bond be too strong to separate?

A Mystical Ornithology

Directors Jeremy Seifert, Benjamin James Roberts - USA - 11 min.

In this lyrical portrait, ornithologist, poet, and professor Drew Lanham invites us into his South Carolina farm, where birdwatching becomes both refuge and revelation. As he listens for absent songs in the spring air, Drew not only reckons with loss and memory but also takes action—cultivating his land as a sanctuary, an underground railroad for winged migrants. His reflections move beyond science into wonder, blurring the line between human and bird. For Drew, they are more than names on a list—they are companions, teachers, and a last wild hope.

Red, White, Blue & Yellow

Director Jason Kushner - USA - 15 min.

An Atlanta-based community of immigrant Ukrainian women band together to hold neighborhood culture festivals focusing on folk art, food, and music in an effort to collect donations and help support their home country against Russian invaders.
